What are the problems encountered in the design of boiler dust remover

  The dust removal efficiency of the boiler dust remover is high, up to 99.9%. It can be fully qualified for the monitoring of the boiler flue gas, powder ash and sulfur content by the Environmental Protection Bureau.   1. Pressure loss

  If there is no more suitable design experience, 75 × 9.8 PA can be taken as the typical data when the filtration speed is low. However, if a higher filtering speed is adopted, or there is a layer of dust with viscosity or low porosity, a slightly higher value should be taken.

  2. Filtering speed

  That is, the air cloth ratio. It is the ratio of the filtered gas flow to the area of the dedusting bag, and its dimension is m3 / min. M2=m/min. This is the unit of velocity, which represents the average velocity of gas passing through the dedusting bag, regardless of the fact that many areas are occupied by the fibers that make up the fabric. For this reason, it is often called "apparent surface velocity".

  Filtration speed is a very important factor to determine the performance of bag filter. Too high filtration speed will cause too much pressure loss, reduce the efficiency of dust removal, and block and damage the dust bag too early. However, increasing the filtering speed can reduce the filtering area required by the bag filter of the boiler, so that the same volume of gas can be treated by a smaller dedusting equipment.

  3. Filter area

  The actual required fabric area (M2) is obtained by dividing the gas flow into the bag filter of boiler (m3 / min) by the selected filtration speed (M / min). Due to the change of temperature and the additional increase or decrease of air, the volume of the dust gas entering the bag filter of the boiler is not necessarily the same as the volume discharged in the production process. If the bag filter of boiler is applied in the case of flow change, it is necessary to make a judgment whether to calculate the filtering area according to the peak flow or the average flow. In addition, the storage capacity of the bag fabric for dust removal of the bag filter of the boiler should also be considered so as to facilitate ash removal, inspection and maintenance.

  The deduster of 75t CFB boiler refers to the combustion process in which the high-speed air flow in the furnace fully contacts with the dense suspended particles, and a large number of high-temperature particles are separated from the flue gas and sent back to the furnace.
