  LFEF type high temperature fiberglass bag filter is a product developed for dedusting waste gas from vertical cement kiln and dryer. The dust remover adopts microcomputer control, chamber back blowing, timing and constant resistance dust cleaning, temperature detection and display and other measures. The equipment can be used to change bags in different rooms without stopping the machine. The operation is simple, reliable and the operation cost is low. It can effectively solve the problem of dedusting the waste gas of shaft kiln and dryer.

  LFEF type high temperature fiberglass bag dust remover is composed of the inlet of the dust containing gas to the outlet of the purified flue gas. The main structure is composed of the inlet pipe, the inlet chamber, the bag chamber, the ash hopper, the ash discharge valve, the outlet pipe, the back blowing system and the ash cleaning control system.

  LFEF high temperature fiberglass bag dust remover is of all steel structure and designed with anti thermal expansion mechanism measures. Its shell adopts lby light rock wool board double-layer insulation, its surface is protected by ᦇ = 0.5 galvanized board, and it is installed by a new process of pulling rivets. The flower board uses cold stamping rolling forming process, which not only increases the strength but also ensures the quality of the equipment.

  The dust remover adopts the high temperature resistant glass fiber bag treated by RH formula, which has excellent bending resistance, wear resistance, strength and thermal shock performance.

  Working principle of LFEF high temperature fiberglass bag filter:

  (1) Filtration: the dust containing flue gas enters the air inlet pipe through the flue gas, enters the air inlet chamber from the upper station, some coarse particles fall into the ash hopper through inertia, the rest flue gas dust enters the filter bag, enters the bag chamber after being filtered on the inner surface, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the ventilation slot, exhaust valve and air outlet pipe by the exhaust fan. The equipment is the upper intake, negative pressure vibration type filter glass fiber bag dust remover.

  (2) Dust cleaning and automatic control: after a period of time, the dust collected on the inner surface of the filter bag thickens, and the operation resistance of the filter increases. When the value is increased, the dust on the inner surface of the filter bag needs to be cleaned, that is, the dust adhered on the inner surface of the filter bag is dropped by external force, so that the operation negative force of the filter decreases. After the negative force drops, the filter bag in this room is put into normal operation.

  The whole cleaning process is mainly carried out by counter blowing. When the resistance rises and needs to be cleaned, the microcomputer commands to close the exhaust valve, open the counter blowing valve, and press the original expanded filter bag under the effect of counter blowing to deform, so as to remove the dust on the inner surface of the filter bag. The ash cleaning falls into the ash hopper and is discharged by the cutter through the ash discharge valve. The whole ash cleaning process is carried out in turn in different rooms, without affecting the normal operation of the dust remover.

  The timing ash cleaning is based on the time program. Each room automatically cleans the ash in turn according to the adjustable time parameters. The dust cleaning cycle of the dust remover can be set and adjusted according to the process requirements.

  In addition to the above control method, a manual control mechanism is also set, which can manually clean the ash normally.

  LFEF high temperature fiberglass bag filter features:

  1. Strong adaptability. It can operate effectively under the working conditions of high temperature (260 ℃, instant 280 ℃), high dust content (100 g / Nm3) and high temperature (dew point 60 ℃).
