BMD bag dust collector

　　BMD type bag filter is a flat bag filter with reverse blowing outside the chamber, which is a new type of bag filter. The dust collector is widely used to catch industrial dust and volatiles of non cohesive and non fibrous nature. It can catch dust particles up to 0.1 μ m and has a high purification efficiency, that is, the efficiency of catching fine dust can reach more than 99%.

　　The whole equipment of BMD bag filter includes five parts: clean air box, dust air box, ash hopper, spray device and bracket. The clean air box part is equipped with a spray pipe, the clean air part has a clean air outlet, and the front is an access door. When the access door is opened, it is very convenient to Change any filter bag, dust gas part, dust gas inlet is set at the upper part of the air box part, the box is equipped with filter bag and ash hopper part, after dust gas enters the air box, clean air filter bag is empty to clean the air box, the dust will settle into the ash bucket, and the settlement direction is consistent with the air flow direction, which is conducive to dust settlement. There is partition between the air box and dust gas box, and the size of filter bag is 1200mm long and 4 wide 80mm, 26mm thick rectangular flat filter bag and blowback device are installed under the clean air box, including air bag, pulse valve, pulse controller, etc. BMD bag filter adopts advanced pulse back blowing system. Compared with mechanical vibration cleaning or low-pressure back blowing cleaning, this method has much better cleaning effect and no moving elements, which can greatly reduce maintenance workload.
