  DDF large-scale bag type back blowing dust remover is widely used in the purification and recovery of smoke and dust produced by smelting, crushing, screening and combustion in steel plants, smelters, cement plants, carbon black plants, power plants and other enterprises.   Working principle of DDF large bag type back blowing dust remover:

  DDF large bag type back blowing dust remover is divided into positive pressure type (also known as press in type) and negative pressure type (also known as suction type). This manual is introduced according to negative pressure type.

  Under the action of negative pressure, the dust containing gas enters into the lower ash hopper through the air inlet pipe. The front side of the air inlet is provided with a flow blocking plate. The coarse dust falls into the ash hopper by impact and gravity. The fine particle dust is filtered by the filter bag and adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter bag. The purified gas is sucked into the fan through the switch valve at the top of the equipment and then discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe.

  When the dust attached to the filter bag increases continuously and the resistance rises to the specified value, the dust removal begins. The ash cleaning method of the equipment depends on the single chamber counter blowing method. When counter blowing, close the exhaust pipe, open the counter blowing pipe and cut off the air exhaust of the single chamber through the reversing valve. Because the air inlet pipes of each room of the equipment are connected and in the negative pressure state, the negative pressure suction function of the adjacent room is used. The air flow is sucked into the bag chamber through the blowback pipe. Through the bag, the air flow enters into the inner side from the outside of the bag, and is sucked into the adjacent chamber and discharged through the ash hopper and the air inlet pipe of the room. At this time, the bag is sucked. The dust accumulated inside the filter bag is shaken off and sunk to the ash hopper to complete the ash cleaning of a single room. The other rooms carry out the same sequence of ash cleaning under the control of the ash cleaning actuator. When the value is reached, the ash cleaning stops.
