　　Working principle of GA type air dust bag filter:

　　The dust containing gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet pipe, and then flows upward through the filter bag in the tank for purification. After that, it is discharged to the air outlet pipe from the main valve plate opened by the electric three-way valve. The gas in the air outlet pipe is then discharged into the atmosphere through the centrifugal fan and the chimney.

　　With the extension of working time, the thickness of the dust layer on the inner wall of the filter bag increases gradually, and the resistance also rises gradually. When the resistance rise value reaches 80-120mm water column (as can be seen from the U-type manometer), the main valve plate of the electric three-way valve is used to close the electric cylinder, and the auxiliary valve plate is opened for back blowing and soot cleaning.

　　After the blowback air enters the box through the electric three-way valve, it reversely passes through the filter bag compared with the filtering state. At the same time, the high-frequency electric vibrator starts to act, making the filter bag vibrate with high frequency. Under the simultaneous action of back blowing and high frequency vibration, it has the effect of ash cleaning (the time of ash cleaning is adjustable). At the end of ash cleaning, high frequency electric vibration stops vibration. The main valve plate of the electric three-way valve is opened, the auxiliary valve is closed at the same time, and the normal filtering state is restored. The adjacent interval time of ash cleaning can be adjusted as required to make each box clean ash in the order of specified time.
