There are many factors that determine the dust removal efficiency of the precipitator, such as the nature of the dust, the filter material, the resistance, the filtering wind speed, the way of dust removal and so on. What are the factors that affect the dust removal efficiency of the filter bag?

　　1. For obvious, most can think of a factor is the quality of the material and filter bag. Wool fabric filter bag has a higher dust collection efficiency than silk filter bag. We should choose seamless filter bag when dedusting, because the sewn filter bag is easy to be damaged at the gap, reducing the elasticity of the filter bag.

　　2. Air leakage. If the air leakage is large, the flue gas volume will be increased and the filtering speed of the filter bag will be increased, so as to reduce the dust removal efficiency. Generally, the air leakage rate of the bag box is about 25%.

　　3. Filtering speed. The material of the filter cloth, the dust concentration of the flue gas and the way of dust removal determine the filtration speed.

　　4. Temperature and properties of flue gas. If the temperature of flue gas is too high or too low, it will affect the dedusting work. Generally, the normal temperature is controlled at 80-100 ℃.

　　5. Number of rapping times, time and blowback pressure.

　　6. Impact of operational controls. Check whether the filter bag is worn every day. If the filter bag is worn, replace the filter bag immediately to affect the dust removal effect of the filter bag.
