How to prolong the service life of dust removal framework

  1: Questions that should be paid attention to in the production of the device: the processing accuracy of the flower board, the planning and processing of the bag cage should try to reduce the curvature of the dust removal framework, the interval accounting between the ejecting pipe and the flower board, and the tightness of the shell should be strictly ensured in the process of the device. 1. Processing accuracy of flower board: the current standard of glass fiber coated dust removal framework used in the low-pressure long bag pulse bag dust collector is basically 5m-7m long. Because the bags are long, the spacing between bags, bags and shell wallboard should ensure that the dust removal framework does not touch each other. Of course, the larger the spacing is always good, but too large the shell volume will be too large, so we will invest to add. The processing accuracy of the flower board will directly affect the straightness of the dedusting framework and the concentricity of the nozzle. The processing needs to have three aspects of control quality:

  ① The space between the holes of the flower plate shall be controlled within ± 1mm, and the NC plasma cutting shall be selected to ensure the accuracy.

  ② The deformation degree of the flower board shall be controlled within 1 / 1000, which requires less 6mm steel plate thickness and certain stiffeners to ensure the rigidity. In welding technology, the welding deformation shall be controlled within a small range.

  ③ Flatness of flower board: it shall be controlled within ± 2mm / m2. All these rules are to ensure that the dust removal framework is cut to bump.

  2. In the planning and processing of the bag cage, the warping of the dust removal framework shall be reduced as much as possible: in the planning and processing of the bag cage, the warping of the dust removal framework shall be reduced as much as possible through several aspects:

  ① The cooperation between the dust removal framework and the bag cage should be moderate as far as possible, neither too loose nor too tight. In the mass production of the bag cage, it was necessary to fit the dust removal framework.

  ② The vertical reinforcement of cage usually uses 20-24 pieces of high temperature resistant carbon steel, each of which is Φ 3.2mm thick, the inner ring of cage uses Φ 4mm thick high temperature resistant carbon steel, the cage ring from the bottom of cage to the bottom of cage is 50mm apart, the cage ring distance between the second cage ring and the root of cage is less than 155mm, and so on. The last cage ring and the top flange bottom of cage shall be 50mm apart. The processing quality requirements of other bag cages are also very important. Special ring making and spot welding equipment shall be selected. Burr shall be cut as much as possible during processing and straightness shall be maintained.

  3. Calculation of the interval between the ejecting tube and the flower plate: the interval between the ejecting tube and the flower plate shall be calculated according to the nozzle method and diameter, and the error of the axis degree between the nozzle and the bag shall be controlled within ± 1mm, otherwise, it is easy to form a bias during the injection, directly forming the abrasion of the dust removal framework, and affecting the life of the dust removal framework.

  4. In the process of the device, the tightness of the shell shall be strictly ensured:

  In the process of the device, it is necessary to strictly ensure the tightness of the shell, especially between the dust chamber and the clean air chamber. After the completion of the dust removal framework device, it is necessary to check the polished powder to ensure the barrier between the dust chamber and the clean air chamber. Ensure the air leakage rate of the whole bag filter.

  1. Filtering wind speed of low pressure long bag pulse bag dust collector:

  One of the important parameters of the filter speed bag filter is closely related to the dust concentration of the gas, dust characteristics, selected filter cloth materials and ash cleaning methods. The size of the filter speed directly affects the size of the whole filter, the system resistance of the bag filter, and then the service life of the dust removal framework. After selecting the coated glass fiber dust removal framework, the resistance will not gradually improve due to the accumulation of dust in the deep layer of the dust removal framework, so in the same case, the filtering wind speed is higher than that of the non coated dust removal framework. The resistance of the dedusting framework is squared related to the filtering wind speed. If the wind speed is too high, the initial resistance will be too large, and some "holes" will be formed on the film, which will cause the base cloth to be worn and affect the discharge and service life. Because the external treatment is selected, the deep layer of the dust removal framework will not accumulate ash, and the pulse type dust removal is selected, with large kinetic energy, complete dust removal contrast, and the resistance will not rise quickly, so this is also the reason why the wind speed of the film covered is larger than that of the film free.

  2. Selection of air volume and pressure of pulse ash cleaning:

  When the low-pressure long bag pulse bag dust collector is used for pulse cleaning, besides the selected pressure is lower than the conventional pressure and the cycle is longer, the air volume of cleaning should also be determined to be appropriate. If it is too large, it is easy to reduce the service life, and if it is too small, it will also affect the life.   3. Gas humidity:

  After the glass fiber dedusting framework is wet, its strength will decrease, because the alkali component in the alkali containing glass fiber is dissolved by water, forming corrosion on the surface of the glass fiber, and making the film fall, thus affecting the life span. Therefore, in addition to restricting the high temperature of the working gas, special attention should be paid to controlling the humidity of the glass fiber bag in use to avoid condensation. For example, condensation of water vapor formed in the dedusting framework due to the glass at the end of the dry process kiln will also affect the service life.

  4. Dust concentration at inlet:

  The dust concentration of the gas in which the bag filter is located directly affects the resistance and service life of the dedusting framework. The thicker the dust layer on the surface of the dedusting framework, the greater the resistance.
