　　To reduce the maintenance cost of the bag filter, the useful method is to extend the service life of the bag filter, and the three factors that lead to the life of the bag filter are as follows:

　　1. Pressure drop of precipitator

　　If the pressure of 3000-4000pa is adopted in the design of bag filter, it is very beneficial for dust removal of filter bag, but the filter cloth and seam joint are easily damaged. The lower the pressure drop of the precipitator, the longer the service life of the filter bag. However, in practice, it does not reach the desired result. If the pressure drop is low and the dust is fine, it is necessary to shorten the dust cleaning cycle. The addition of the dust cleaning frequency will also shorten the service life of the filter bag. The theory proves that the pressure drop of the precipitator is designed to be about 1500pa, which is beneficial to the ash cleaning result and the life extension of the filter bag.

　　2. Material and sewing quality of dedusting filter bag

　　The quality of dedusting filter bag itself will play a decisive role. When making dedusting filter bag, the sewing thread itself also needs to be disposed with the same material as the filter bag, so as to guarantee the whole life of its filter bag. The supporting ring of the dust removal filter bag is made of 316L stainless steel, and the sewing method also has a great influence on the life of the filter bag. The support ring spacing of the filter bag should not be too small, generally 500-1000mm, and the bottom of the filter bag should be low to reduce wear.

　　3. Manufacture of filter bag cap, clamp and short pipe

　　These accessories shall be lubricated and free of burrs during manufacturing to prevent the cloth bag from falling on the edge and rolling out the flange. The clamp is also made of stainless steel, which is convenient for installation and fastening. It is often found that the contact between these accessories and the filter bag is worn through, which also reduces the life of the filter bag. In particular, the longer the filter bag is, the greater the air volume of each filter bag is, the greater the air speed at the inlet of the filter bag is, and the more severe the abrasion of the filter bag is. Pay attention to the processing quality, add rubber pad at the contact place between the lifting cap, clamp, short pipe and the dedusting filter bag, which will greatly extend the life of the filter bag.
