　　Working principle of star type ash discharge valve

　　The star valve is a kind of continuous material conveying machinery. 　　The cause of blocking of star type ash valve

　　The common fault is blocking. There are many reasons for blocking. The following measures can be adopted to avoid blocking: an anti blocking valve is set on the cover plate of discharge end. Strictly implement the operation procedures, realize no-load starting and no-load parking, and ensure the continuous and average feeding. When blocking occurs, because of the material accumulation, open the anti blocking door, and cut off the power supply through the travel switch. The star type ash discharge valve can reduce the lateral dimension of the intermediate suspension bearing as much as possible, so as to reduce the blocking ability when the material passes the intermediate bearing. Proper selection of technical parameters, such as slow speed can not be too large.

　　The star type ash discharge valve uses the twisted screw to move the transported materials along the fixed casing and stop the transportation. The head and tail bearings are moved to the outside of the casing. Its lifting bearing adopts the sliding bearing and is equipped with the dust-proof seal assembly. Its bearing bush adopts the powder metallurgy as usual, the transporting cement adopts the felt bearing bush, and the lifting shaft and the spiral shaft adopt the slider connection. Stop clearing the materials entering the conveyor to avoid blocking caused by large impurities or fibrous impurities entering the machine. It is equipped with bin level controller and choke sensor to realize automatic control and alarm. Increase the discharge port or lengthen the end of the chute to deal with the problem that the discharge is not smooth or too late. At the same time, a small counter rotating blade can be assembled at the end of the chute at the discharge port of the star type ash discharge valve to prevent the end from blocking.

　　Star type ash discharge valve shall be started with no load. Therefore, before each shutdown, all materials in the hopper shall be discharged before the shutdown. It can't be reversed.

　　The reverse of star type ash valve may lead to chain derailment, which is troublesome to eliminate. Feed evenly. Do not increase the feed volume suddenly. The feeding capacity shall not exceed the conveying capacity of the machine. Otherwise, it is easy to cause the "car jam" accident when the bottom materials are piled up seriously. Replenish lubricating oil in a proper amount in time. The chain and hopper shall be replaced in time when they are seriously worn or damaged. The operator of the star valve should know the basic knowledge of this kind of machinery and understand the performance of the star valve. The operation of the star valve should be carried out in a standard way. The operation of the machine (the characteristics of the transported materials, working conditions, conveying capacity, etc.) should strictly comply with the provisions of this manual. There should be a fixed feeding device to feed the machine evenly.

　　The feeding capacity of the feeding device of the star type ash discharge valve shall be within the range of the conveying capacity listed in the "main technical specifications of the machine" in the manual, and the lower section shall not be blocked by the conveying materials due to excessive feeding; all monitoring doors shall be closed during operation. Appropriate lighting equipment shall be installed in the upper and lower sections and at the places where monitors are often turned on. In case of any fault during operation, stop operation immediately and eliminate the fault. If the defect is not suitable to be eliminated immediately, but it has no great impact on the work, it shall be recorded to be eliminated during maintenance. The caretaker shall often check the working conditions of each part, but it is forbidden to clean and repair the moving part of the machine during operation; the screw tensioning device in the lower section shall be adjusted properly to keep the normal working tension of the tape. The caretaker shall often observe the working condition of the rubber belt of the hopper of the star type ash discharge valve, and the damaged hopper shall be removed.
