  The trapezoid framework is of flat structure, and the longitudinal reinforcement and reverse support ring of the bag cage of the dust remover are evenly distributed and have sufficient strength. The bag cage of trapezoidal precipitator adopts organosilicon spraying, galvanizing, painting and other technologies, the coating is firm and corrosion-resistant, which avoids the rust on the keel surface of precipitator and the adhesion of filter bag after the precipitator works for a period of time, and ensures the smooth bag change.

  The trapezoidal framework is fully galvanized in one time, with smooth, straight surface and no burr, so that the filter bag will not be damaged, and the welding is even, and the structure is reasonable, firm and durable.

  Trapezoid skeleton adopts flat structure, the longitudinal reinforcement and reverse support ring of trapezoid skeleton are evenly distributed, and have enough strength to prevent damage and deformation. In order to ensure the strength of steel wire and improve the appearance quality, we use φ 6.5 yuan steel to draw (drawn into φ 3mm), and then when the butt welding tire is assembled, the grinding meets the technical requirements. The trapezoid framework adopts silicone spray or galvanizing, spray painting and other technologies, the coating is firm and corrosion-resistant, which avoids the rust on the cage bone surface and the adhesion of the filter bag after the dust remover works for a period of time, ensures the smooth bag change, and reduces the damage to the dust bag in the process of bag change.

  Dust cleaning of trapezoid skeleton in use:

  1. When the trapezoid framework is started up in cold grinding in low temperature season, excessive moisture of materials in the period of temperature rise shall be avoided as far as possible. The feeding speed shall be controlled. The circle flow grinding can increase the amount of returned powder and raise the air temperature in the mill. Before the grinding is stopped, the material stopping time shall be extended as far as possible. The mixture with high moisture content shall be stopped as soon as possible. After the grinding is stopped, the air exhausting time in the mill shall be extended properly, and the mill body shall be well rotated.

  2. Frequently check the opening and closing of the air path inside the bag filter, control the air for cleaning, etc.

  3. Check the blocking degree of the dust removal cloth bag. If it is found to be slightly blocked, it is necessary to take it out in time and pat it to clear the blockage.

  4. Ensure the ventilation capacity to maintain normal, avoid blocking and continue to operate to form a vicious cycle.

  5. Regularly check the air leakage of the waste gas treatment system, and implement comprehensive plugging.

  6. External heat preservation for the waste gas system of the mill to avoid the bad influence of water evaporation on the filter bag.

  7. The dust collected in the ash hopper can be discharged automatically or manually, but it can be discharged in the designated order. The correct use of the dedusting framework will help to improve the efficiency and service life of the dedusting framework and reduce the maintenance cost. Generally, the service life of the dust removal framework is 1-3 years, which should be checked frequently, even if the fault is eliminated.
