Ls screw conveyor
Ls type screw conveyor is the replacement product of GX type screw conveyor, which has the characteristics of high reliability, long service life, strong adaptability, convenient installation and maintenance, etc. Ls screw conveyor is designed and manufactured according to the standard. The head and tail bearings are moved to the outside of the shell. The lifting bearing adopts sliding bearing without dust-proof sealing device. The bearing bush generally adopts powder metallurgy. The cement conveying adopts felt bearing bush. The lifting shaft and screw shaft are connected by sliding block. When the screw is removed, the drive device is not moved. When the lifting bearing is removed, the screw is not moved. If the cover plate is not removed, the lifting bearing can be lubricated.
Ls screw conveyor is widely used in various industries, such as building materials, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, coal, grain and other industries. It is suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying of powdery, granular and small pieces of materials, such as coal, ash, slag, cement, grain and so on. The material temperature is less than 200 ℃, which is not suitable for conveying perishable, sticky and caking materials.
Ls screw conveyor working principle:
Ls screw conveyor's rotating blades push the material to carry on the screw conveyor's transportation, the force that makes the material not rotate with the screw conveyor's blades is the weight of the material itself and the friction resistance of the shell of the screw conveyor to the material. According to the different conveying materials, there are solid surface, belt surface, blade surface and so on. The screw shaft of the screw conveyor has a thrust bearing at the end of the material movement direction to give the axial reaction force to the screw along with the material. When the captain is long, the intermediate suspension bearing shall be added.
