TD bucket elevator
TD bucket elevator is a new product based on d-bucket elevator. Compared with d-bucket elevator, TD bucket elevator has many advantages, such as large capacity, high lifting height, stable and reliable operation, long service life and so on.
TD type bucket elevator is suitable for vertical conveying of powder, granular and small pieces of abrasive and less absorbent bulk materials, such as grain, coal, cement, crushed ore, etc., with a lifting height of 40m. TD type is designed and manufactured according to the standard. At present, the bucket elevator commonly used in China is vertical type, which is relatively new. TD bucket elevator is equipped with four types of hopper Q (shallow bucket), H (arc bottom bucket), ZD (medium deep bucket) SD (deep bucket).
TD type bucket elevator is composed of operation part (hopper and traction belt), upper section with drive drum, lower section with tension drum, intermediate casing, drive device, check brake device, etc. TD bucket elevator is suitable for conveying powder, granular and small bulk materials with loose density ρ < 1.5t/m3, such as coal, sand, coke powder, cement and crushed ore.
TD bucket elevator has the following characteristics:
1. Low driving power. With the dense arrangement of inflow feeding, guide discharging and large capacity hopper, there is almost no phenomenon of returning and digging when the material is lifted, so the invalid power is less.
2. The scope of promotion is wide. This kind of elevator has few requirements for the types and characteristics of materials. It can not only improve the general powder and small particle materials, but also improve the materials with high grindability, good sealing performance and less environmental pollution.
3. Reliable operation. The advanced design principle and processing method ensure the reliability of the whole machine, and the trouble free time is more than 20000 hours. With high lifting degree, the elevator runs smoothly, so it can reach a high lifting height.
4. Long service life. The feeding of the elevator adopts inflow type, without bucket digging, and there is little extrusion and collision between materials. In the design, the material is guaranteed to be less scattered during feeding and unloading, and the mechanical wear is reduced.
